Maxine works with individuals & couples. She has been supporting individuals & couples for over 24 years. Extensive counselling experience includes depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief & stress.
Support is available and you do not have to face challenges alone. We all have times when we struggle and the first step is to notice and realize that healthy change is possible.
Being able to trust ourselves and have our own backs is essential for well being. Often life gives us situations where we feel “out of control” and struggle with the outer chaos and the inner anxiety. Our minds can race looking outward for solutions yet the key to well being is learning how to come home to ourselves, our own wisdom, resources & strength. We have learned to cope in unhealthy ways that no longer serve us. Counselling can give us new ways healthier ways to cope and take our lives & relationships from “surviving to thriving”.
